About the Role / Job Profile
As an AWS Technical Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success in deploying Amazon Connect solutions. This role involves conducting technology assessments, facilitating business process reviews, and educating customers on AWS’s value proposition. You will lead architectural discussions, oversee technical teams, and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gurugram, offering a dynamic environment for those ready to shape the future of cloud-based customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
- Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify the need for moving to the AWS Connect Platform.
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes.
- Educate customers on AWS’s value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions.
- Lead discovery sessions, help build ROIs, and deliver presentations.
- Translate customer requirements into contact center designs using AWS best practices.
- Oversee and mentor technical teams to ensure timely and quality solution delivery.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Customer-facing contact center experience.
- Experience in building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
- Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
- Proficient in scripting/coding languages like Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
